Giuliano is an associate of the Firm and also member of the energy team. Giuliano advises domestic and international clients in the energy sector, focusing on M&A and extraordinary transactions, corporate and commercial law, as well as regulatory issues related to the energy industry.
Before joining Gitti and Partners, Giuliano worked several years in the corporate/M&A department of a leading Italian business law firm, dealing with cases involving German-speaking countries, thanks to educational and professional experiences gained in Germany and Austria, including a working period as visiting trainee of an international law firm based in Vienna.
Giuliano graduated from Catholic University of Milan in 2013 and earned a Master of Laws in International and European Business Law at Vienna Law School in 2014, followed by a research period at Stanford Law School under the patronage of the Transatlantic Technology Law Forum (TTLF).
He was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2016.
Giuliano is author of publications in the energy and infrastructure field and collaborates with research companies and observatories.
Giuliano is fluent in Italian, English and German.
