Michela Baldassarra
Michela works with the Firm as a junior associate dealing mainly with labour law issues.
Michela graduated from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in 2023, discussing a dissertation in labour law entitled "Occupational health and safety protection in relation to smart-working: psychosocial risks and the right to disconnection."
During her academic career, she also had the opportunity to spend a semester studying abroad at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (Spain).
Prior to joining the firm, she worked with a law firm in Milan, gaining experience in the area of issues and consulting under Legislative Decree 231/2001.
Michela is fluent in Italian, English and Spanish.
