Mariano Delle Cave
Mariano Delle Cave is a partner and joined the Firm in 2017, after having worked for over fifteen years with leading law firms in Milan.
Mariano focuses his activity on employment and agency matters. Particularly he has been dealing with restructuring processes, transfer of undertaking, executives’ employment agreements, non-compete covenants, smart working, company welfare, private pension funds, as well as relevant labor and agency dispute.
His clients belong to the sectors of large retailers, IT, trade, transportation, food and public companies.
Mariano was admitted to the Italian Bar as avvocato in 2004 and he is authorized to plead at the Supreme Courts.
Mariano graduated magna cum laude from the University of Naples Federico II in 2000. He took a postgraduate degree in Law and Economics of European Union from the University of Rome La Sapienza in 2003 and got Ph.D. in Employment Law and Industrial Relations in 2010 by a thesis focused on private pension funds.
In 2001, he won the scholarship named “Silvano Tosi” in Parliamentarian studies and researches from University of Florence.
He is author of several publications and speaker at conferences and workshop in employment law.
Mariano speaks fluent Italian and English.
