Roberto Iannucci
Roberto has been working with the Firm as an associate since 2026. He focuses primarily on civil law, both in litigation and court representation and in out-of-court matters, with particular attention to corporate crisis management and restructuring.
Throughout his career he has gained broad experience in civil law, having started his career at a law firm specialized in the field and subsequently collaborating both with an insurance law firm and both with a national leading law firm where he also gained a specific experience in banking law and real estate enforcement proceedings. Furthermore, he has also developed particular expertise in privacy and data protection, and he currently serves as Data Protection Officer (DPO) of Mensa Italia.
He graduated in Law with a final mark of 109/110 from Roma Tre University and subsequently obtained a Level II University Master's degree from the same university's School of Specialisation for Legal Professions. Additionally, he completed the course for Duty Defence at the Rome Criminal Bar Association, and he is currently attending a training course for Corporate Crisis Managers.
He is fluent in Italian, English and Spanish.
