Flavio Monfrini
Flavio is a Partner since 2021, he assists multinational companies in their Italian and cross-border operations, advising on a wide range of issues of corporate law, commercial law and regulatory issues. Flavio has gained experience abroad and in-house, having been involved in important merger and acquisition projects and having assisted clients in a number of international transactions in the fields of new technologies and life sciences.
Furthermore, he has developed a strong sensitivity to compliance issues, fostered by his membership of compliance committees, especially within life sciences companies.
Flavio received an LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School in 2011, where he focused on the study of issues that lie at the intersection of law and new technologies. He earned a law degree from the University of Milan in 2005 and was admitted to the bar in 2009.
Flavio is fluent in Italian and English.
