Gianluca Brancadoro
Gianluca, a partner at the Firm since 2026, is a lawyer practising in Rome qualified to appear to in the Supreme Court and professor Emeritus of Commercial Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Teramo.
Graduated in Law from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” with full marks and honours (110 e lode), his legal advisory practice (advice on corporate governance, acquisitions, restructurings and other extraordinary corporate transactions, drafting of contracts, and legal opinions) is carried out on behalf of international corporate groups in the fields of corporate law, insurance law, banking law and financial markets, as well as corporate crisis and restructuring. He has been involved in some of the most significant corporate crises of recent decades, in both the industrial and the banking and financial sectors. He has on several occasions been appointed by the Bank of Italy and the European Central Bank to carry out restructuring and recovery mandates.
He also practises in litigation, in particular, before the Court of Cassation and in arbitration proceedings, often as arbitrator or Chairman of the Arbitral Tribunal.
He is regularly instructed by government authorities to render legal opinions and to prepare legislative and regulatory instruments. He also sits on the boards of directors of numerous companies.
