Roberta Bocchini
Roberta works with the firm as a Junior Associate in the Energy department, providing out-of-court legal assistance to companies operating in the energy sector.
Her practice focuses primarily on assisting with project financing transactions and related contractual matters, as well as M&A transactions. She also drafts powers of attorney and minutes of corporate body meetings, and negotiates and drafts construction and project contracts, as well as electricity purchase agreements. She also assists companies in the fashion industry with the negotiation and drafting of various types of commercial contracts, including service agreements.
She graduated cum laude from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in 2026, earning her degree early and defending an interdisciplinary thesis in civil and administrative law titled “Reliance on the capacities of other entities”.
During her academic career, she spent a semester at the University of Technology Sydney as part of an international exchange program.
Before joining Gitti and Partners, she worked at an Italian law firm, gaining experience in civil and commercial law, and subsequently in the Administrative and Environmental Law department of a leading international law firm.
Roberta is fluent in Italian and English.
