Simonetta Cerasani
Simonetta works with the firm as an associate, mainly focusing on Real Estate and on civil and commercial agreements.
Simonetta graduated in law from “Roma Tre” University in 2017 with a dissertation about bank usury.
In January 2021 she was admitted to the Italian Bar before the Court of Appeal of Rome.
Before joining Gitti and Partners, she collaborated with law firms in Rome and Milan, gaining experience in litigation regarding civil matters, in commercial agreements and insolvency proceedings.
Simonetta speaks currently Italian and English.
