Elisabetta Trecani
Elisabetta works with the Firm as an associate, dealing with corporate advisory, with particular reference to M&A and Private Equity transactions, as well as advising in relation to civil and commercial contracts.
Elisabetta graduated with honors from Università degli Studi di Milano discussing a private international law thesis entitled "State corruption and Investment Arbitration: the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes system". During her academic career, she did a period of study in the Basque Country, at the Universidad del Paìs Vasco.
Prior to joining Gitti and Partners, Elisabetta worked with a boutique law firm located in Milan, gaining experience in the civil and corporate sectors, dealing in particular with M&A and Private Equity transactions, drafting of commercial contracts and corporate compliance under Legislative Decree 231/2001.
Elisabetta is fluent in Italian, English and Spanish.
