Elisabetta Trecani
Elisabetta works with the Firm as a junior associate, mainly advising on civil, corporate, data protection and compliance matters, especially in the Life Sciences sector.
Elisabetta graduated from the University of Milan discussing a final dissertation on private international law entitled "State corruption and Investment Arbitration: the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes system". During her academic career, she spent a period of study in the Basque Country, at the Universidad del Paìs Vasco.
Before joining Gitti and Partners, Elisabetta worked with several boutique law firms located in Milan, gaining experience in civil and corporate matters, dealing in particular with sale and purchase of shareholdings, drafting of commercial contracts and corporate compliance pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
Elisabetta is fluent in Italian, English and Spanish.
