Stefano Serbini

Stefano graduated in Law in 1991 from the University of Milan and later specialized in tax law with a master’s degree obtained at IPSOA in Milan and also attended international tax courses at IBFD in Amsterdam. He is a registered lawyer with the Milan Bar.

Stefano gained decades of experience in leading Italian and international law firms, where he was a partner responsible for the tax and private clients department, working both in Milan and London. Most recently, he co-founded a law boutique in Milan specializing in private clients.

He advises private clients on a wide range of aspects and transactions, including generational succession, family governance, wealth protection, and the creation of specific vehicles for club deals or other extraordinary transactions. He also assists foreign clients moving to Italy or vice versa on all legal and tax matters. Last but not least, he advises small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) since their establishment, providing advice on various contractual, corporate, and tax issues.

Stefano is fluent and works in both Italian and English. He has been a speaker at conferences and seminars and is the author of numerous publications on both Italian and international specialized press.
