Alessandro Perna
Alessandro works with the firm as a Senior Associate, focusing on corporate law, M&A transactions, Private Equity and corporate reorganisations, with particular expertise in acquisitions, disposals of shareholdings and businesses, and investments, including cross-border transactions.
Throughout his professional career, Alessandro has developed expertise in both ordinary and extraordinary corporate transactions, assisting Italian and international clients in structuring and negotiating acquisitions and investments, and in drafting the relevant contractual documentation. He has also gained experience in both civil and commercial contract law.
Before joining Gitti and Partners, he worked with leading Italian and international law firms.
Alessandro graduated with a degree in Law from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan and has been a member of the Rome Bar Association since 2020. He has also served as a teaching and research assistant in Commercial Law at the same university.
Alessandro is fluent in Italian, German and English.
