Alessandro D'Adda

Alessandro D’Adda joined the Firm as counsel in 2015.

He is Professor of Private law at the Catholic University of Milan; he teaches also Private law (Contract Law and Tort law) at the University of Pavia and the Bocconi University (especially in postgraduate courses).

He graduated in law, cum laude, from the University of Pavia in 1993 and obtained a PhD degree in Civil Law from the University of Ferrara in 2000.

Alessandro D’Adda, besides his academic position, provides legal counseling. Before joining this Firm, he has worked for around ten years in a leading Italian law firm, focusing on legal opinions and judicial assistance in civil, contractual, corporate, financial, banking and environment law, also on domestic and international arbitrations. He is author of three books and around 50 papers covering different areas of Civil Law; he regularly lectures and speaks at academic and professional conferences.

Alessandro speaks Italian, French and English.
