Jacopo Danti
Jacopo has been working with the Firm since 2026, as an associate.
He has gained significant experience in civil, commercial and corporate litigation before Courts, Courts of Appeal and Arbitral Tribunals, as well as in corporate contract drafting, and has also handled insolvency proceedings and restructuring matters. He graduated cum laude in 2016 from Roma Tre University with a thesis on Listed Real Estate Investment Companies. He subsequently worked at leading Rome-based law firms, specialising in both judicial and out-of-court assistance. In 2020, he qualified as a lawyer.
He serves as a teaching assistant in civil and private law at the University of Molise, and in 2021 obtained a Master's degree in sports law and employment relationships in sport from the University of Milan-Bicocca, entitled "L'ordinamento sportivo alla prova dell'ambush marketing" ("The Sports Legal System Tested by Ambush Marketing").
He is fluent in Italian and English.
