Michelle Leone
Michelle collaborates with the Firm as a Junior Associate and mainly focuses on distressed M&A, private equity, and negotiated solutions to corporate crisis situations.
In 2025, she graduated in Law from the University of Milano-Bicocca, where she discussed her thesis in business crisis law titled “Protective Measures and Precautionary Measures in the Negotiated Composition of the Crisis.”
Michelle is fluent in Italian and English.
