Leonardo Maria Moscati
Leonardo works with the firm as an associate dealing with corporate and commercial law, contract drafting, data protection and regulatory matters (particularly in the life sciences industry). He is a lawyer and speaks Italian and English.
Leonardo graduated cum laude in 2018 from the Catholic University of Milan with a dissertation in Theory of the State titled “Silvio Trentin’s federalist thought and its reflections on the Italian Constitution”; he then completed an internship at the Office of the Judge for Preliminary Investigations of the Court of Milan and collaborated with a boutique firm specialized in legal advice to companies.
