Leonardo Maria Moscati
Leonardo is an Associate at the Firm, where he advises domestic and international clients on corporate and commercial law matters, with a focus on M&A transactions and complex commercial agreements. He also handles governance and regulatory matters, with particular experience in the life sciences and new technologies industries. He is admitted to the bar, speaks Italian and English and is reasonably familiar with French.
Leonardo graduated with honors in Law from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan in 2018, with a thesis in Constitutional Theory titled “The Federalist Thought of Silvio Trentin and its Impact on the Italian Constitution.” He completed a traineeship at the Court of Milan and previously worked with a boutique law firm specializing in corporate legal advisory services.
