Vera Greco
Vera works with the firm as an associate and deals with corporate and commercial law (with a focus on extraordinary transactions, private equity and leveraged buyouts).
Vera graduated from Bocconi University (academic year 2018/2019). During her academic carrier, she spent one semester abroad at the University of Gothenburg (Sweden).
In 2022 Vera was admitted to the Italian Bar before the Court of Appeal of Milan.
Before joining Gitti and Partners, she worked with a leading Italian law firm where she gained experience in corporate and commercial law (with a focus on extraordinary and private equity transactions).
Vera speaks fluent Italian and English.
