Alessandro Coppola
Alessandro has been working with our Firm’s “Financial Institutions” Department since 2025 as a junior associate, providing out-of-court assistance in matters related to collective asset management, as well as investment services, financial markets, banking services, and M&A transactions.
Alessandro graduated in Law from Roma Tre University, with his final thesis in English, titled “Moral hazard, adverse selection, and antidotes” and focused on how informatiom asymmetries manifest in financial markets.
Alessandro also graduated Finance and Business Administration from the same university, defending a thesis in financial markets law titled “Insider Trading and Market Manipulation: Principles, Issues, and Developments in the light of Listing Act”.
After graduation, he earned a Postgraduate Master’s degree, named “Corporate Lawyers and Consultants” from Roma Tre University, with a specific focus on Commercial Law and a thesis titled “M&A Activity in the Context of Restructuring Transactions.”
Before joining our Firm, he worked for a short period at a law firm in Rome, handling tax litigation.
Alessandro is fluent in Italian and English.
