Camilla Ferrari

Camilla Ferrari is partner of the Firm and she deals mainly with civil and commercial law, assisting in the drafting of legal opinions and contracts. She advises in relation to ordinary and extraordinary corporate transactions as well as to listing operations, public tender offers on behalf of issuers and underwriters. She also specialises in issues related to the regulation of the utilities and energy sectors, with particular reference to the electricity and gas area, advising leading domestic and foreign operators.

She is an associate professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Milan, where she teaches private and banking law. She is the author of several essays and publications concerning contracts and corporate law, including: The relationship between the content and effects of the contract from the perspective of compatibility (Giuffrè, Milan, 2015); The contracts of regulated markets (Giappichelli, Torino, 2018); Revocations and contingencies in testamentary matters (Cedam, Padova, 2023).

Prior to joining Gitti and Partners, she had worked for more than ten years for an Italian boutique firm and, even before, she was a trainee lawyer at the Milan branch of a primary International law firm.

In 2020 Camilla has been ranked "Elite" lawyer for the Private Equity practice and “Best” Lawyer for the M&A Large Deals practice by the survey conducted by Milano Finanza and Class CNBC: “I Migliori Avvocati e i Migliori Studi Legali 2020 Corporate”.  

Camilla speaks fluent Italian and English.
