Camilla Ferrari
Camilla Ferrari is a Partner of the Firm since 2018.
She is a Full Professor of Private Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Milan. She graduated cum laude from the University of Pavia in 1999 and subsequently obtained a PhD in Civil Law from the University of Turin in 2004.
Alongside her academic career, Camilla has maintained a consistent professional practice. She collaborated for more than ten years with a well-known Italian legal boutique and, prior to that, completed her legal traineeship at a leading international law firm.
Her practice focuses primarily on civil and commercial law, with particular expertise in drafting legal opinions and commercial agreements. She also advises on both ordinary and extraordinary corporate transactions, including listings and public takeover and exchange offers, assisting issuing companies and placing institutions. In addition, she provides advice on matters relating to generational succession, including within family-owned businesses.
Camilla is the author of several academic articles and publications concerning contracts and corporate law, including three monographs: The relationship between content and effects of the contract from the perspective of compatibility (Giuffrè, Milan, 2015); Contracts of regulated markets (Giappichelli, Turin, 2018); and Revocations and contingencies in testamentary matters (Cedam, Padua, 2023).
Camilla is fluent in Italian and English.
