Giacomo Pansolli
Giacomo Pansolli is partner of the Firm, where he collaborates since its foundation. Before joining the Firm, he worked in a primary international law firm in Milan.
Giacomo assists in all aspects of corporate law, with particular reference to private equity and M&A transactions (both local and cross border), corporate restructuring, equity capital markets and structured finance.
In 2020 and 2021 Giacomo has been shortlisted as “Lawyer of the year” in M&A and Private Equity practices for the LegalCommunity “40 Under 40” Awards.
In 2005 Giacomo graduated summa cum laude from the University of Florence and in 2010 he graduated with an LL.M. degree in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University School of Law.
He was admitted to the Italian bar and to the New York Bar.
Giacomo speaks fluent Italian, English and German.
