Gabriele Bernascone
Gabriele is of counsel of the Firm and advises multinational companies, banks, financial institutions, trading companies and manufacturers on all aspects of their international businesses, investments, corporate acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate planning. He has been involved in a variety of international and domestic merger and acquisition projects and regularly advises on complex corporate transactions both domestically and internationally.
He also provides strategic guidance on corporate reorganizations, including spin-offs and mergers, as well as restructuring of manufacturing operations and personnel.
Gabriele is recognized as one of Italian legal experts in the areas of Banking and Finance, Corporate and M&A in various international publications. He authored several articles in the field of banking and corporate law and published the English translation of the Italian Banking Law (Kluwer 1994).
Gabriele has been practicing since 1977, after earning a law degree from the Catholic University of Milan in 1971. He also attended the University of Cambridge in 1978 (Structure and Methods of English Law). Clients benefit from Gabriele’s business acumen and over 35 years of experience.
