He graduated from the University of Milan-Bicocca in 2026 with a thesis in Financial Markets Law entitled "Delisting in Listed Companies: Balancing Controlling Shareholder Autonomy and Minority Shareholder Protection."
Before joining Gitti and Partners, Riccardo worked at a Milan-based law firm, focusing on insolvency law.
He speaks Italian, English (fluent), and Spanish (intermediate level).
