Jessica Fiorani
Jessica is a partner in the Corporate Department of the Firm, where she collaborates since its foundation, and is specialized in M&A, private equity, corporate and commercial matters, which include support for day-to-day business needs, drafting and negotiating of civil and commercial agreements, corporate transactions, joint ventures/transfer of assets and businesses. Jessica has also developed expertise in legal aspects related to real estate transactions which involve the acquisition, management and disposal of both large and small real estate portfolios, as well as developiment transactions.
Jessica also advises clients on investment funds and other regulated entities (corporate and real estate) as well as on regulatory aspects related to all the above.
Jessica graduated cum laude in law from the Luigi Bocconi University of Milan and was admitted to the Italian bar as avvocato in 2009.
Before joining Gitti and Partners, Jessica was senior associate in the corporate department of primary domestic and international law firms based in Milan.
Jessica speaks fluent Italian and English.
