Lorenzo Muttini
Lorenzo works with the Firm as an associate, dealing mainly with civil and commercial litigation, also focusing on pre-judicial advising by drafting legal opinions.
Before joining the Firm, he worked for several years with a Bankruptcy Receiver serving the Court of Milan, where he gained significant experience in insolvency proceedings.
Lorenzo graduated cum laude from the Università degli Studi di Milano and was admitted to the Italian bar as avvocato before the Milan Court of Appeal.
Lorenzo is currently pursuing a PhD in Civil Law at the University of Pavia.
He speaks fluent Italian and English.
