Alessandro Baronchelli
Alessandro collaborates with the Firm as an associate and deals with corporate and commercial law, with particular reference to M&A and Private Equity transactions.
Alessandro graduated with honors in 2022 at University of Milan and was admitted to the bar in 2024. He is a member of the Milan Bar Association.
Before joining the Firm, Alessandro collaborated with a law firm in Milan, acquiring experience in the corporate and civil sectors, dealing with M&A, Venture Capital and Private Equity transactions, as well as the drafting of commercial agreements.
Alessandro is fluent in Italian and English.
