Francesca Gaffuri
Francesca collaborates with the Firm as junior associate. She mainly deals with banking and commercial disputes and she assists Italian and foreign companies and credit institutions in disputes relating to their activities.
She is a PhD student in Commercial Law at the University of Verona and she graduated from the University of Milan, discussing a thesis in Bankruptcy Law.
Before joining the Firm, Francesca completed an internship at the Civil Sixth Chamber of the Court of Milan and, later, at the Civil First Chamber of the Court of Appeal of Milan.
She speaks Italian and English.
