Elisa is partner of the Firm where she has been collaborating since its foundation. She is specialized in employment law, trade union matters and labour litigation. In particular, she assists and advices domestic and international companies in relation to all aspects of employment and self-employment relationships, including the hiring phase, remuneration and incentive plans, company welfare, disciplinary procedures, individual and collective dismissals, temporary and permanent lay-off procedures and, in general, termination of the relationship. Moreover, Elisa carries out the labour-related activities concerning M&A transactions and restructuring for domestic and international clients. She also advises in relation to issues connected to health and safety at work as well as independent/service contracts.

Graduated with full marks from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan, she was admitted to the bar in January 2008.

She is a member of AGI “Associazione Giuslavoristi Italiani”, admitted to the association in 2013 after she attended the School of Specialization in Labour Law (2011-2012) and passed the final exam with merit.

Elisa is a member of European Employment Lawyers Association – EELA since 2021.

Before joining Gitti and Partners, Elisa worked in the labour departments of primary Italian and international law firms based in Milan.

Elisa speaks fluent Italian and English.
