Giovanna Vecchio
Giovanna is a senior associate within the Firm’s Corporate department. She advises on corporate and commercial law, with particular reference to M&A and Private Equity transactions.
Giovanna graduated in Law from Università degli Studi di Genova in 2012.
Since 2015 she is a member of the Genoa Bar Association.
She obtained a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) in Corporate and Commercial Law from Queen Mary University of London in 2017.
Prior to joining the Firm, Giovanna worked in a leading Italian law firm in Milan.
Giovanna speaks fluent Italian, English and French.
