Augusto Frattolillo
Augusto works with the Firm as a junior associate, dealing with civil and corporate law aspects, mainly concerning M&A transactions and capital markets.
Augusto graduated cum laude from the University of Milan (academic year 2021/2022) with a thesis in civil law entitled: “Qualification and regulation for crypto-assets”. During his academic career, he also had the opportunity to spend a semester of study abroad at the Universitat Jaume I – Castellón de la Plana (Spain).
Augusto speaks fluent Italian, English and Spanish.
