Sofia collaborates with the firm as a Junior Associate and deals with corporate and commercial law, with particular reference to M&A and Private Equity transactions.
Sofia graduated at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano, presenting a thesis entitled " La natura della delibera di bilancio e l’efficacia del giudicato ex art. 2434 bis c.c.."
Before joining the firm, Sofia worked for two years at an insurance company, earning a Second-Level Master's Degree in Fintech at the Politecnico di Milano.
Sofia is fluent in Italian and English.
