Elisa Resmini
Elisa works at the Firm as senior associate in the Tax Department, dealing with tax advice for national and international private equity funds, in the acquisition, merger and restructuring of Italian companies and MNE.
In 2017, Elisa graduated cum Laude in Accounting, Financial Management and Control from Bocconi University, focusing her studies mainly in tax law and corporate finance. Elisa is currently a candidate for LL.M. in International Business Taxation at Tilburg University.
Since 2019, she is a qualified Chartered Accountant and, since 2021, a Statutory Auditor.
Elisa speaks Italian and English fluently.
