Andrea Idone
Andrea works with the firm as a associate, mainly focusing on corporate, M&A and Real Estate transactions, as well as civil and commercial contracts.
Andrea graduated with full marks from the LUMSA University of Rome in 2020, with a final dissertation about the non-operating companies and systematic loss companies.
In 2023 Andrea completed the Master Tributario at the Scuola di Formazione IPSOA and he was admitted to the Italian Bar before the Court of Appeal of Ancona.
Before joining Gitti and Partners, Andrea collaborated with primary law firms based in Ancona focusing on civil litigation, commercial contracts and real estate transactions.
Andrea speaks fluent Italian and English.
