Martina Dal Lago
Martina is Counsel in the Tax Department of the firm, where she provides consultancy and assistance in tax matters to Italian and international investment funds and corporate groups, with a focus on extraordinary transactions.
Her main areas of specialization include M&A, with extensive experience in strategic tax assistance to Private Equity funds and multinational groups in acquisition and reorganization transactions, international taxation, and corporate taxation.
Before joining Gitti and Partners, Martina collaborated for several years with leading tax law firms in Milan, where she supported investment funds and multinational companies in managing acquisition, divestment, and reorganization processes, focusing on domestic and cross-border transactions, and developing significant expertise in M&A transaction advisory.
Martina graduated in Economics from the University of Trento and obtained her qualification as a Chartered Accountant (“Dottore Commercialista”) in 2017.
Martina is fluent in both Italian and English.
