Carola Passi
Carola is an associate in the tax department and mainly deals with Italian and foreign clients in tax planning and tax related matters, with specific focus on extraordinary transactions, M&A and private equity, investment funds and financial securities taxation, as well as the structuring of real estate investments.
Carola graduated in economics and corporate law (CLELI) at Luigi Bocconi University in 2020. During her academic career, she also had the opportunity to spend a period abroad both at the London School of Economics and Political Sciences (UK) and at the Lillebaelt Academy of Professional Higher Education (DK).
Carola is author of articles pertaining tax matters and has been licensed to practice as a Chartered Accountant in 2022.
Before joining Gitti and Partners, she cooperated with a leading tax law firm in Milan.
Carola is fluent in Italian and English.
