The professionals of Gitti and Partners have gained considerable experience in litigation and arbitration and assist their clients in civil proceedings – of an ordinary or special nature - and in disputes regarding corporate, civil, commercial, banking and finance matters, as well as in the other areas of activity in which the Firm provides its assistance, and in any stage of the proceedings.
The Firm has also acquired significant experience in domestic, international, trade and investment arbitration, acting both as arbitrators and as lawyers.
The assistance of the litigation department of Gitti and Partners also covers pre-litigation phases, with a view to settling disputes or preventing possible lawsuits through the execution of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures, as well as the negotiation and drafting of extrajudicial conciliation arrangements and settlement agreements.
