As far as corporate law is concerned, the Firm regularly advises listed and non-listed companies on both legal issues that affect the day-to-day operation of business and on corporate governance, as well as on extraordinary corporate transactions. The Firm also prepares for its clients opinions and memoranda on all company law matters.
With respect to commercial contracts, the Firm gives advice to clients (both industrial and financial institutions) on negotiating and drafting commercial contracts such as agency, distribution, supply, standard terms and conditions, sponsorship, franchising and outsourcing, particularly in the IT sector.
