The Firm assists companies and individuals in relation to any matters concerning employment and self- employment relationships, both in the initial phase of negotiation of the contractual provisions as well as during the relationship itself and also upon its termination.

Our advisory activities in labour matters include reorganization and restructuring issues, drafting of incentive plans, non compete covenants, negotiation of labour contracts and settlement agreements.

The Firm focuses particularly on health and safety matters in the workplaces as well as on labour issues concerning independent contracts.

In cooperation with the other departments of the Firm, a significant activity is carried out in relation to labour-related issues for merger and acquisition processes or transfers of businesses as going concerns, both of a domestic and of a transnational nature.

In addition to the above advisory activities, the Firm also provides assistance to its clients for labour-related litigation.
