Manuel Deamici works with Gitti and Partners as associate. He advises on litigation matters, with focus on commercial and banking litigation. He regularly assists Italian and foreign banks in disputes arising from their transactions concerning investment services, financial and banking products. He also litigates labor and agency disputes.
Manuel has also developed considerable experience in bankruptcy and restructuring law, regularly contributing to a law review in such field.
Manuel graduated in law from Bocconi University of Milan in 2012, with a final dissertation on “The Europe 2020 Project Bond Initiative”, drafted at McGill University, in Montréal (Canada) during a study period abroad and was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2017.
Prior to joining Gitti and Partners Manuel worked in the Milan offices of leading Italian law firms with strong international vocation, providing legal assistance in litigation, both banking and bankruptcy litigation, and in restructuring transactions.
Manuel fluently speaks Italian, English and French.
