Laurindo Saraiva is counsel of the Firm since 2016.
He is Professor of Labour Law, Arbitration and Mediation in the Faculty of Law of the Eduardo Mondlane University in Maputo; he also cooperates with the USTM and ISCTEM Universities, particularly in the context of postgraduate courses (Master Post Graduate). He holds a degree in law and political science in Italy at the University of Trento and is admitted to the bar in Mozambique and in SADC countries.
Professor Saraiva is a consultant to the Government of Mozambique for the welfare and labor law reform, for the regulatory reform of the Oil and Gas sector, as well as for the World Bank and United Nations programs on the harmonization of commercial law in the SADC area.
His practice focuses on corporate law, Oil and Gas, contractual and commercial law, labor and litigation.
He is author of many scientific articles on Private and Public law and is the official commentator on the Mozambique state television in programs on local regulations. In 2016 he was acknowledged by the World Bank in the publication Doing Business 2016.
Professor Saraiva speaks fluent, Portuguese, Italian, French and English.
